Wisdom and inspiration from teachers, texts, and lived experience.

Fascia contains ten times more sensory receptors than muscle. What feels like “muscle pain” is often fascia speaking. Restrictions from trauma, injury, surgery, or posture can create pressures up to 2,000 pounds per square inch on sensitive structures. Fascia is also emotional. Strong feelings you aren’t ready to face can settle into fascia, shaping posture and holding tension until they are released.

Fascia is not just tissue —                                                                                                   it is the body’s storyteller, carrying memory, tension, and release.
Mentors & Methods That Shape My Work

The Biodynamic Fascia Reset (BFR) method is not born from one voice alone. It is a tapestry woven from many teachers, each offering a unique thread—science, presence, rhythm, and listening. Together, they form the foundation of how I practice today.

Nadezhda Loskutova — Biodynamic Fascia Modulation Method (BFM)
Her gentle method of rhythm and presence opened the door for me to listen to fascia as a living intelligence.

Thomas Myers — Anatomy Trains
He mapped the body’s fascial meridians, showing how movement and posture are threads of one fabric.

Find his work and courses here: Anatomy Trains website

Pierre Tricot — Tissue Approach
He taught that presence and intention are as vital as technique in listening to tissue.More about his method: Mà a Mà Tissue Approach

Roman Vorontsov — SamoRegulyatsiya Method
His approach to self-regulation revealed how the nervous system can harmonize itself naturally.

Claudia Stacco — Craniosacral & Fascia Work.

Her integration of craniosacral awareness with fascia listening continues to inspire my touch.

Each of these teachers has shaped my hands and my heart. What I offer through BFR is not their method alone, but a weaving of their wisdom with my own lived experience, guided always by the body’s quiet intelligence.

Books I Recommend

Books have been companions on my path, offering language for what I felt in my hands and heart. Each of these works has deepened my respect for the body and its wisdom.

  • When the Body Says No — Gabor Maté, M.D.

  • The Myth of Normal — Gabor Maté, M.D.

  • The Body Keeps the Score — Bessel A. van der Kolk, M.D.

  • Fascia Decompression: The Missing Link in Self-Care — Deanna Hansen

  • Healing the Human Machine — Dr. Calvin Hargis

  • Free Your Fascia — Dr. Daniel Fenster

These books are not just studies—they are reminders that healing is possible, that our bodies are storytellers, and that gentleness can open doors medicine sometimes forgets.

This collection of films, articles, teachers, and books reflects the threads that have shaped my path. They are here for your curiosity and your own journey of healing. May these resources inspire you to listen more deeply to your own body—and remember its wisdom.
