The Living Fabric is a fascia-focused bodywork and QHHT healing practice in Greenville, South Carolina.
I offer gentle, science-rooted sessions that support the nervous system and connective tissue through
– Biodynamic Fascia Reset (BFR)
– Somatic bodywork
– Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®)
These sessions are designed for people seeking relief from pain, emotional release, nervous system regulation, or a deeper reconnection with the body.
Some clients come for the fascia.
Some come for the soul’s voice.
Many are surprised to find both quietly woven together.
What is the Living Fabric?
The “living fabric” isn’t cloth or yarn.
It’s the dynamic web inside you — the fascia that connects muscles, organs, emotions, and memory.
When cared for, it helps you breathe easier, move with freedom, and feel more at home in your body.
The Emblem of The Living Fabric
Two threads — one emerald, one gold — spiral together in continuous breath.
– Emerald listens — it holds the language of fascia, the rhythm of the body.
– Gold responds — it carries the warmth of consciousness, the light of awareness.
Together, they weave a story of connection: how every thought, every touch, every exhale belongs to the same living field.
The spiral reminds us:
Healing is not a straight line.
It is a movement of return — inward, outward, and home again to wholeness.

Did you know your body has an organ hiding in plain sight? It’s called fascia—your largest organ, wrapping every muscle, bone, and nerve in one seamless web.
Most doctors learn little about it, yet fascia influences everything: posture, movement, recovery, even how you breathe and feel. When it’s tight, you feel it everywhere. When it softens, life flows more freely.
Welcome to BFR Method
My name is Janna, and I’m a licensed massage therapist and fascia practitioner in Greenville, South Carolina.
For years, I’ve practiced gentle, intuitive bodywork that honors the nervous system, connective tissue, and the emotional memory the body carries.
When I discovered the Biodynamic Fascia Modulation (BFM) method by Nadezhda Loskutova, something clicked. Through study, practice, and my own healing journey, I developed a new approach — Biodynamic Fascia Reset (BFR).
BFR is a gentle, hands-on method that helps your fascia release tension, rehydrate, and restore balance—so your body can remember what ease feels like.
Safe for newborns, elders, and everyone in between, BFR works with your body rather than against it.
My Story
My path as a healer began with Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), developed by Dolores Cannon. I trained as a Level 1 & 2 practitioner and discovered how gently people can connect with their Higher Self — the part of us that holds wisdom, clarity, and even the ability to heal. Guiding clients through this process showed me that true healing is never just physical — it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual as well.
Later, my own body led me deeper. As a teenager, scoliosis was only a small inconvenience, but over time it became a daily ache. My search for relief brought me to Russia, where I studied at the BFM Center and received treatments that transformed both my back and my understanding of the body. Back in the U.S., I continued my studies with Anatomy Trains, the Tissue Approach, SamoRegulyatsiya, and more. Out of this tapestry, the Biodynamic Fascia Reset (BFR) Method was born — a gentle way of listening to and releasing the body’s connective tissue.
Now, my practice brings these two paths together. Whether through QHHT or BFR, my passion is to help others find freedom from pain, access to inner guidance, and the steady comfort of feeling whole again. Where QHHT taught me to listen within, BFR taught me to listen through touch.

My Philosophy
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: Everyone deserves to feel good in their body. Everyone deserves health.
Frequently Asked Questions
What can fascia release help with? Fascia work can support chronic pain, stress, tension, and postural strain. It’s especially helpful after injuries or surgery, easing scar tissue and restoring balance. Many clients notice a deeper breath, a calmer nervous system, and the sense that their body is finally being heard.
How does fascia release differ from massage? Massage works mainly with muscles. Fascia release works with the connective tissue — the body’s living web — and the nervous system that listens through it. The touch is lighter and invites the body to unwind instead of forcing change. This makes it deeply effective for long-held patterns, sensitive systems, and emotional tension woven into the tissues. lapsible text is great for longer section titles and descriptions. I’ve had a C-section — can fascia work help? Yes. C-section scars can affect more than the skin — they may impact posture, breath, digestion, and emotional patterns stored in the tissue. Fascia therapy can help soften the scar, restore internal balance, and gently reconnect you to your center. You don’t have to carry the story in your body forever.
How do I know if this work is right for me? If something in you is tired of pushing. If your body has been carrying more than its share… If you’re seeking clarity, softness, or a different kind of healing — this work may be exactly what your system has been waiting for. You don’t have to be “sure.” You just have to be curious.
What kinds of questions can I ask for QHHT session? Anything that matters to you. Clients often bring questions about health, relationships, life purpose, spiritual guidance, or patterns in their life. Your Higher Self is the one answering, offering clarity and reassurance in a safe, supportive space.
Where are you located? I work from a private studio in Greenville, South Carolina. Sessions are by appointment only, in a quiet and supportive space for fascia therapy and healing work.
